Cancellation & Refund Policy

In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law

At Aafiya Studio, we are fully committed to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and to ensuring your rights as a customer are respected in a clear and transparent manner.

Right to Cancel

In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to cancel any order placed through our website within 14 days of the date you receive the product.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact us through one of the following methods, including your full name and order number:

We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and address.

Product Return Conditions

In the event of a cancellation, the product must be returned in the following condition:

  • In its original condition — unworn and unused
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

Non-Cancellable & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged:

  • Hijabs and headwear (all styles) — for hygiene reasons
  • Sale and discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized orders

Cancellation Fee

In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law, Aafiya Studio reserves the right to deduct a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or ₪100 — whichever is lower.

If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the cancellation fee is waived and Aafiya Studio will cover all return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 3–5 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@aafiyastudio.com.

Legal Notice

This policy is prepared in accordance with the provisions of Israeli Consumer Protection Law No. 1981 and its amendments. In the event of any conflict between this policy and applicable legal provisions, the applicable law shall prevail.
