At Aafiya Studio, we stand behind everything we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Our Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Contact us at info@aafiyastudio.com before sending anything back. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24–48 hours with the return address and instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@aafiyastudio.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will resolve it at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Hijabs and headwear (all styles) — for hygiene reasons
  • Sale and discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized orders

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before initiating a return.

Exchanges

We do not currently process direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, please return your original order (once approved) and place a new order separately.

Please note: Hijabs and headwear cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case Aafiya Studio will cover the cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 3–5 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at info@aafiyastudio.com.
