Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We ship to all locations across Israel and the West Bank.

- Standard Shipping: ₪45 flat rate
- Free Shipping: On all orders over ₪300

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@aafiyastudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
